LeGes – Gesetzgebung & Evaluation

Open Access – Das Abonnement LeGes ist für alle kostenlos zugänglich.
LeGes ist das Mitteilungsblatt der Schweizerischen Gesellschaft für Gesetzgebung (SGG) und der Schweizerischen Evaluationsgesellschaft (SEVAL). Die Zeitschrift erscheint seit 1990 dreimal im Jahr. Im Einklang mit dem Zeitgeist erscheint LeGes ab 2018 nur noch online. LeGes richtet sich an alle, die sich in Wissenschaft und Praxis um eine gute, verständliche und wirkungsvolle Gesetzgebung und eine gute Evaluation staatlichen Handels bemühen. Beiträge aus Rechts- und Politikwissenschaft, Linguistik, Soziologie und Evaluations-forschung sind darin ebenso enthalten wie Berichte über laufende oder abgeschlossene Projekte der Rechtsetzung.
